Confflow Admin

Confflow Admin is the on-site operations app for authorized teams using the Confflow event platform. It brings attendee check-in, offline readiness, synchronization, and badge printing into one focused workspace. PREPARE FOR THE EVENT Choose your organization and event, download a current event snapshot, and confirm that the device is ready before doors open. CHECK IN ATTENDEES Scan Confflow attendee QR codes with the camera or find attendees by name, email, or badge code. The app applies the event's configured eligibility and duplicate check-in rules and gives operators immediate feedback. KEEP WORKING OFFLINE Continue checking in attendees when internet access is unreliable. Actions are queued on the device and synchronized with Confflow when connectivity returns. PRINT BADGES Connect to supported Zebra printers on the local network, select the active badge template, print automatically after check-in, or reprint and create custom badges when needed. MONITOR OPERATIONS View event readiness, check-in totals, pending synchronization, printer status, and diagnostics from the field console. Confflow Admin requires an active administrator or organization operator account on the Confflow platform. It is intended for event organizers and authorized event staff; public account creation is not available in the app.
