Caring Hearts is a clinical documentation assistant for licensed healthcare professionals. It listens to the consultation you are already having, drafts the note, extracts the codes, and files the encounter — so you can keep your attention on the patient instead of the keyboard. WHAT IT DOES Listens and transcribes Real-time speech-to-text tuned for clinical vocabulary, with speaker separation for multi-participant conversations and support for consultations across more than 40 languages. Drafts the note Symptoms, findings, diagnoses and plans are structured into a draft clinical note that you review and sign — not one you write again at 9pm. Suggests medical codes CPT and HCPCS candidates are surfaced from the conversation for your review, so claims go out cleaner and with fewer denials. Files to your records system Native FHIR R4 interoperability means encounters flow into the systems you already run, instead of into another silo. Keeps the practice together Shared patient context across your organization, consultation requests between colleagues, and an assistant you can ask questions of about a patient's history. BUILT FOR CLINICIANS Caring Hearts is a professional tool for qualified healthcare professionals — physicians, nurses and nurse practitioners, medical coders and billing specialists, and healthcare administrators with clinical oversight. It supports your clinical judgment; it does not replace it. Caring Hearts does not diagnose, does not prescribe, and does not make treatment decisions. Every note, code and summary it produces is a draft for a licensed professional to review, correct and take responsibility for. All outputs are derived from what you put in. PRIVACY AND SECURITY Patient information is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is role-based and scoped to your organization, and every access to patient data is logged for audit. We maintain agreements with the infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf, and you can choose the region your data is stored in. You can delete your account and personal details at any time from Settings, or at https://app.caringhearts.co.in/account-deletion/ if you no longer have the app installed. Clinical records stay with the practice, as medical-record retention rules require, with your account identity removed from them. Camera access is used to scan ABHA QR codes and to capture documents. Contacts access, if you grant it, is used only to invite colleagues to your professional network.
