Leaf Time Clock

Leaf Time Clock is the shift-tracking app for caregivers at agencies running on the Leaf platform. It replaces paper timesheets and call-in systems with a shift record that is captured on your phone, at the home, as the visit happens. You'll need an account from the agency that employs you. Leaf Time Clock is not a general-purpose time tracker and cannot be used without one. WHAT YOU CAN DO • See today's shift the moment you open the app — the home, the residents you are supporting, your scheduled hours, and how far away you are. • Clock in and out in one tap. Your location is recorded at each punch to satisfy Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) requirements. • Record the care tasks you completed when you clock out. • Review your upcoming schedule days ahead. • Confirm your shift times and services for EVV sign-off, so payroll and billing aren't waiting on you. • Get a reminder before a shift starts and if you're still clocked in after it should have ended. BUILT FOR SHARED-HOUSING CARE Shifts are organized around the home rather than a single client, so a caregiver supporting several residents under one roof clocks in once and sees everyone they're responsible for on that shift. ABOUT LOCATION Leaf Time Clock records your location when you clock in and when you clock out. This is how visits are verified for Medicaid billing under EVV rules. Location is only read while you are using the app — it does not track you between shifts or in the background.
