The Squirrel brings together in a single app what a restaurant owner handles today across a notebook, an inbox and a pile of delivery notes. SUPPLIER ORDERS Build your order from your own catalogue, adjust quantities, send it by email — from your own address, Gmail or any other. Suppliers get a message that comes from you, not from a third-party service. DELIVERY NOTES Photograph the note on arrival: the app extracts its lines and compares them with what you ordered. What is missing, what was refused, what changed price — you see it before the truck leaves. CATALOGUE AND PRICES Every item keeps its price history. A price increase no longer goes unnoticed. INVENTORY Set your inventory days: the app reminds you, and keeps a record of each count.
