K3M is the companion app for drivers and clients of K3 Moves Ltd, a UK vehicle transport company. FOR DRIVERS My Licence Details: see your DVLA driving licence check history, including licence status, entitlement categories, endorsements and what changed since the previous check. Forms and Documents: review and sign forms with a typed signature, open the signed copy as a PDF, and see your approved documents. Spend Authorisations: follow the status of your spend authorisations, with the notes and history for each request. Expenses and receipts: request cash reimbursement for expenses, attach receipt photos, and view your EV charging receipts. Incidents: view your damage claim and breakdown history. Getting to work: live bus locations and train departures to help you travel to and from collections and deliveries. Dashboard: your driver profile and validation code in one place. FOR CLIENTS Follow your vehicle movements: job status, vehicle details, and collection and delivery information. View your company profile and read operational messages from K3 Moves. APPLE WATCH Keep your driver name, validation code and account status on your wrist. ACCESS An existing K3M account is required. Accounts are issued by K3 Moves; there is no sign-up in the app. The features you see depend on your account. Contact your K3 Moves representative to arrange access. The bus map uses your location while the app is open to centre the map. Continued use of GPS running in the background can decrease battery life.
