It puts your treatment plan, your clinician, and your daily progress in one place — built for people who are actually on the journey, not browsing for it. — What you can do — • Track every shot. Log each weekly injection in seconds. Your shot tracker remembers the date, the dose, and the site, so you and your clinician always know exactly where you are in the protocol. • Watch your weight come down. Add a weight reading whenever you want and see it plotted against your start weight and goal weight. No streaks, no guilt — just the trend line that matters. • Snap your meals. Point the camera at your plate and our vision model estimates calories and macros for you. Skip the database scrolling and the manual entry. Use ₱20 coin calibration when you want a tighter estimate. • Save recipes you'll actually cook. We don't sell your data and we don't run third-party advertising in the app. You can request account deletion at any time from the Trust Center inside the app or at andyou.ph/pages/delete-account. — Not a medical device — &you helps you stay on top of a plan that you're already on with a licensed &you clinician.
