Tulum 4 puts the Turkish Black Sea bagpipe and the sipsi reed pipe in your pocket, driven by a sound engine built from recordings of the real instrument. It is the fourth generation of a series that has been on the store since 2011, and more than ten thousand people have learned to play with it at home. The tulum is the bagpipe of the eastern Black Sea — Rize, Trabzon, Artvin. A skin bag, a double chanter, no octave break and no pause for breath.
