With the IO app, you can interact easily and securely with various Italian public administrations, both local and national. You can access all their services, receive communications, and manage payments, all in one app. Specifically, with IO, you can: - add your personal documents to the app's Wallet to have them digitally accessible on your device; - receive relevant messages and communications from public bodies, including those with legal value; - remember and manage your public administration deadlines; - pay any pagoPA notice by scanning the QR code or from a message received in the app; - download your pagoPA receipts, even if you didn't pay through the app. To get started with IO, log in to the app with your SPID credentials or, alternatively, with your Electronic Identity Card (CIE) or the CieID app. After your first login, you can log in even faster by entering a PIN of your choice or using biometric recognition (fingerprint or face recognition), maintaining secure authentication.
