Ticketify Scanner

Ticketify Scanner is the door tool for venue staff running a Ticketify event. Point it at a ticket's QR code and it tells you immediately whether the ticket is valid, which seat it is for, and whether somebody has already used it. A re-scan is reported clearly rather than accepted quietly, so a shared or screenshotted code is caught at the door instead of at the seat. No code to scan? Type the customer's email address, phone number, seat or booking reference into the box under the camera to find their ticket and admit them, with the reason recorded. Venue networks are unreliable exactly when they matter most. When the signal goes, the scanner keeps working: scans are held on the device, encrypted, and sent as a batch when the connection returns. Nobody waits at the door for a loading spinner. Something the door cannot decide? Raise it to the organiser from the scan screen; they answer "let them in" or "turn away" from their own phone and the decision appears on yours. You need a Ticketify staff invitation from the event's organiser to sign in. Staff can check tickets in and nothing else: no refunds, no transfers, no access to anybody's account.
