SeniorMed: Pill Reminder

SeniorMed is a simple, offline medication reminder and health diary for older adults and the family members who care for them. Large text, high-contrast colours and big buttons make every screen easy to read and use. There is no account, no password and no sign-up. MEDICATION REMINDERS • Add each medicine with its dose, unit and instructions • Several reminder times a day: every day, every few days, chosen weekdays or as needed • 10 alarm tones or a silent notification • Mark a dose Taken or Skipped straight from the notification • A clear daily plan: morning, afternoon, evening and night PILL COUNT AND REFILLS • The pill count goes down with each dose you take • A low-stock warning tells you when to reorder, with an estimated run-out date HEALTH DIARY • Log blood pressure, blood sugar, weight and heart rate, with full history • BMI is worked out from your height and latest weight NOTES AND DOCUMENTS • Keep prescriptions, test results, doctor visits and notes in one place, with photos • Pin notes, tag them by priority and link them to a doctor or a medicine • Set a reminder for an upcoming appointment EMERGENCY CONTACTS • Save family, carers and doctors, and call any of them with one tap • Alert My Contacts opens your messaging app with your contacts and a message ready — you check it and tap Send • With location allowed, a map link to where you are is added • It never contacts emergency services — in a life-threatening emergency, call your local emergency number EASY TO READ • Three text sizes, light and dark themes • 40 languages, including right-to-left Arabic, Persian, Hebrew and Urdu YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU • Everything is stored on your device only — no cloud, no account, no server • SeniorMed never uploads your health information • Export a backup file, restore it on a new phone, or delete everything in one step • Apart from the advert, no internet is needed: reminders, notes and records all work in flight mode ADVERTS SeniorMed is free and shows one small, non-personalised banner advert (Google AdMob), never over a reminder or the alert button. A one-time Remove Ads purchase in Settings switches it off; Restore Purchases brings it back on a new phone. PERMISSIONS • Notifications and exact alarms — so a reminder arrives at the minute a dose is due • Contacts — only when you import an emergency contact from your phone book • Location — only when you use Alert My Contacts • Camera and photos — only when you attach a picture to a note SeniorMed never sends messages or places calls itself; it hands them to your own apps. Each permission is asked for only when you first use the feature, and the app keeps working if you say no.
