Justice Exam Test is a standalone review app for the three open competitive examinations for the General Corps of the Administration of Justice: Procedural Management, Procedural Processing, and Judicial Assistance. It contains 916 original questions and 227 flashcards, written using current legal texts and the syllabus from the official announcement BOE-A-2025-27053. Upon opening the app, you select the corps you are preparing for and can change it at any time: each corps has its own mock exam. WHAT'S INCLUDED 916 multiple-choice questions with four answer options, as in the first exam. 227 quick review flashcards to help you remember deadlines, responsibilities, and relevant articles. The program modules are: Constitution and organization of the State, equality and non-discrimination, Government and Administration, Judiciary, Justice Administration personnel, Justice of the Peace, Civil Registry, civil procedure, criminal procedure, administrative and labor litigation, special procedures and appeals, commercial law, practical cases in Procedural Management and Judicial Assistance (with the case study displayed while answering), and the Procedural Processing office software exercise using Windows 10 and 11 and Microsoft 365 desktop. TIMED PRACTICE EXAMS Procedural Management: 110 questions in 130 minutes. Procedural Processing: 130 questions in 170 minutes, using office software. Judicial Assistance: 140 questions in 160 minutes, using the two judicial proceedings case studies. The grading applies the formula outlined in the exam announcement: each correct answer is worth 0.60 points, each incorrect or multiple-choice answer deducts 0.15 points, and blank answers are not penalized. The exercises are graded separately: you must achieve the minimum score for each one, as passing one does not compensate for failing the other. A breakdown by section is provided at the end. EXPLAINATION FOR ALL QUESTIONS All 916 questions include explanations. 856 of the 916 questions have explanations. The explanation cites the specific article from which the answer is derived; the remaining 60 are the Windows and Microsoft 365 exercise, which tests program proficiency rather than a specific legal provision. WHAT IS NOT COVERED The third exercise, Procedural Management, is written and does not include multiple-choice questions and is therefore excluded from the exam. The optional exercises on the co-official language and Basque Civil Law are also excluded: they do not contribute to the score and are only used to break ties within their respective autonomous communities. In the actual exam, the second exercise is a single case study with ten linked questions; the mock exam randomly selects these ten questions from the available cases and may mix and match scenarios. The flashcards cover the legal sections, not office automation or practical cases.
