Kwiker connects people already travelling the same way. A driver is going from Prishtina to Prizren on Friday morning with three empty seats. Someone else needs exactly that trip. Kwiker puts the two together, and the passenger contributes toward the cost of the journey. Nobody is running a service. People are sharing a car that was going anyway. BOOK A SEAT • Search by route and date, or browse trips leaving near you • See the driver's photo, rating and verification status before you request • Request a seat — the driver accepts or declines • Message the driver in the app to agree the pickup point • Pay in cash, directly to the driver, when you travel No card, no account balance, no booking fee. SHARE YOUR EMPTY SEATS • Post a route you are already driving, with your time, seats and contribution • Review each request and accept the passengers you want • Repeat a regular commute without re-posting it every week • Keep the full contribution — Kwiker takes no commission VERIFIED, NOT ANONYMOUS Every driver completes an identity check against an official document before they can post a trip. It is a real check, not a tick box. Verification confirms who someone is. It is not an endorsement of their driving, their vehicle or their insurance — you should still use your own judgement before and during every trip. SAFETY BUILT IN, NOT BOLTED ON • Share your live trip with anyone you choose, by link • Save emergency contacts — those on Kwiker are alerted the moment you trigger SOS, and for anyone else we open your messaging app with the link ready to send • SOS dials the local emergency number directly • Rate and review after every trip, both directions • Report or block anyone, from the chat or their profile Kwiker is not an emergency service and does not monitor trips in real time. In an emergency, always call the emergency services directly. YOUR DATA, YOUR CONTROL • Export everything we hold about you, from inside the app • Delete your account and data yourself — no email, no waiting for approval • Location is used only for trips and safety features, never for advertising • No ads, and no advertising trackers. We do not sell your data. Beyond the features you use, we collect only crash reports, so we can fix bugs. WHO CAN USE KWIKER Passengers must be 16 or over. Drivers must be 18 or over and hold a valid driving licence. WHAT KWIKER IS NOT Kwiker is a technology platform, not a taxi company and not a transport operator. We do not employ drivers, we do not own vehicles, and we are not a party to the journey. The contribution is intended to help the driver cover the costs of the trip — fuel, wear, tolls — not to generate a profit. Drivers may not use Kwiker to run a commercial transport business.
