About

Crosswords are always in your pocket. Put aside doomscrolling and do something productive: a few minutes, after which the grid is solved, instead of the feeling that time has disappeared in the scroll. Panoramic crosswords—those with arrows and definitions inside the grid. Without a list of entries underneath: the definition is in a box, and the arrow indicates where the entry begins and in which direction it runs. Sometimes, the arrow curves. WHAT MAKES THEM DIFFERENT • Definitions are legible. The grid box only fits microprint, so the definition of the selected entry appears on a separate, readable strip. • Custom keyboard with tails. QWERTY layout, diacritical marks pressed—just like on a phone keyboard. It's lower than the system keyboard, so it doesn't obscure the definition. • Check without getting stuck. You can check the completed grid for free: incorrect letters will light up red, correct ones will light up green. No one is left with a crossword that can't be completed. • Progress is maintained. The grid remembers which letter you landed on—the letters are saved automatically on your device. You can leave halfway through and come back. • The crossword database is constantly growing. Each has a separate grid layout and its own set of entries, with new entries added regularly. HOW IT WORKS Tap the definition field to select the entry—the bar above the keyboard will show its content. Enter the letters; the direction is based on the arrow, so you don't have to switch between "horizontal and vertical." Long-pressing a tile on the list clears the crossword and allows you to start over. When you first launch the app, the arrows are translated on one screen. Then the same explanation appears under a question mark in the list. NO ACCOUNT There's no registration, login, or profile required. The app doesn't ask for your name, email address, or any other identifying information. Your progress remains on your device. ADVERTISEMENTS The app is free and supported by ads, but it doesn't display them itself—you'll only see the video when you ask for a hint: uncover a letter or check a single word. Checking the entire completed grid is free and doesn't require watching anything.Read more
