RECOVERY SCORE Every morning you get a 0-100 recovery score built from heart rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate, sleep and stress. Green means your body is ready to push, yellow means train smart, red means prioritise rest. STRAIN Track your cardiovascular load on a 0-21 scale, with a breakdown of time spent in each heart rate zone, so you can match today's effort to today's recovery. SLEEP ANALYSIS See your sleep stages (deep, light, REM, awake), sleep performance, consistency and sleep debt. The sleep planner suggests a bedtime based on your recovery and sleep goals. HEALTH MONITOR Follow HRV, resting heart rate, SpO2, respiratory rate, VO2 max, steps, calories, stress and Body Battery in one place, and spot when a metric drifts away from your normal range.
