ARSY AI is a spatial AI agent for operators, technicians and maintenance crews. It sees what your camera sees, answers from your site's own procedures, and puts the answer on the equipment as AR markers you can walk around. Three ways to use it: My Courses - training and knowledge checks at the equipment; AI Assistant - an open session with the agent; Video Call - a remote expert who can point into your space. The app is for employees of organizations that have deployed ARSY at their site. It is not a consumer app: there is no public sign-up and no purchase inside it. Your administrator creates your account and gives you your credentials. If you do not have an account yet, contact the administrator at your site. You stay signed in between launches, and you can sign out at any time from your profile. ARSY draws its answers from your company's own content: your procedures, your manuals, your work documentation, held on your organization's ARSY server. MY COURSES: TRAINING AND KNOWLEDGE CHECKS Open the course catalog for your site and choose a course. Each course comes with its own knowledge base, then runs step by step with AR guidance right at the equipment. A step can hold text, media and the source documents behind it: a PDF downloads with a progress indicator and opens in the built-in viewer, so the original document is one tap from the step that cites it. Knowledge checks run in the same step-by-step format when your organization assigns them. AI ASSISTANT Ask the agent anything, in your own words. Tap the microphone button, ask your question, tap it again to send. Your speech is transcribed on the server, and the answer comes back written and read aloud in your language, so your hands stay on the work instead of on a manual. When the floor is loud, type the same question instead. And when something is easier shown than described, the agent shows it: AR markers and 3D objects placed around you, up to a whole scenario laid out in the room you are standing in. It also recognizes equipment in the camera view when your site is configured for it. VIDEO CALL WITH A REMOTE EXPERT Agree on a room name, or send the invite link, and you and the expert meet in it wherever they are. The person on the other end taps a point on your video, and the marker appears anchored in your room, standing on the real object, visible to everyone through your camera. Pointing replaces describing: no more "no, the other valve", and no one has to fly in. KNOWING WHERE YOU ARE ARSY locates you visually, comparing what the camera sees against the scanned map of your site. No QR codes and no printed markers on the equipment: the place is recognized from the image itself, so nothing has to be stuck on a machine, kept clean, or reprinted when it wears off. Instead of "somewhere in building four", the agent knows the place you are standing in and loads what belongs to it: the markers on that machine, the instruction written for that station, the route to where you need to be. Markers stay anchored in physical space, so the marker you left on that pump is still on it the next time you walk up to it.
