MYWAY Everyone has their own training path, and everyone should train for themselves rather than to cater to the eyes of others. MYWAY Fitness Strength&Conditioning was founded in 2018/4. It provides one-on-one strength and conditioning coaching courses and independent training based on a minute-based fee system. It is committed to becoming the place you visit most and want to go outside of your home and office. A bright and clean environment, fresh air quality, sufficient and wide variety of free weight equipment are our physical characteristics; professionalism and responsibility, sincerity and no over-selling, and focusing on the sense of security of our partners are our software (personnel) characteristics feature. Independent training charges per minute will not put you under pressure; the coaching course is only one-on-one, and there is no additional venue timing fee for entering the venue. You can still stay in the venue to train, wash or rest after the course. We just want to make strength and conditioning training a must in your life.
