You get a shared inbox, on your desk and in your pocket, so a question asked at four in the afternoon does not sit until tomorrow morning. WHAT YOU CAN DO Answer chats in real time. New messages arrive instantly, and you can see when a visitor is typing before they hit send. Work the shared inbox. Filter by what is open, unassigned or yours, assign a chat to a colleague, and close it when it is done. Leave internal notes. Notes are for your team only and are never shown to the visitor. Tag conversations so the ones that matter are easy to find later. Send screenshots and files. Attach a photo from your camera roll or a document from your phone, straight into the chat. See who is on your site. The Visitors tab shows who is browsing right now, what page they are on, and where they are in the world. Handle more than one workspace. If you support several businesses, the combined inbox puts them in one list. Set your availability.
