You receive your account from your employer; with the app, you have your work at hand while on the go. • Calendar: your appointments for today and the coming weeks, including status and times. • Appointment details: customer information, file, notes, and directions to the address in your own navigation app. • Customer file: previous appointments, files, and inspection forms for the customer. • Photos and deliveries: take photos and complete delivery documents on location. • Work queue: your open tasks, service requests, and complaints. • My van: the stock in your van, if your company uses this. • Installation progress: record arrival and progress, only if your company enables this and you give permission.
